With a 2PS licence, you are also known as a League Manager. Your day-to-day will involve mostly managerial tasks as you will be leading a team of independent consultants in your area.

A 2PS franchise licence will not require you to be a consultant. 2PS will offer an initial training manual, full access to the platform with ready-to-use tools to manage your independent consultants. Ongoing on-demand support throughout your journey will also be provided as well as one on one coaching sessions where you can get more in-depth guidance and advice.
