I’ve put all the required and thoroughly tested systems and procedures in place to make it easy for you to run your new business. You’ll also get lots of training and support as you grow your revenues. In fact, we’ll do most of the work FOR you!
All you have to do is find customers, and we’ll even help you with that. Now I’m sure you have questions. What will it take to get started?
Many new businesses, including restaurants and even coffee shops require lots of up front investments… and very long hours and hard work. Others, such as cleaning franchises, may require that you get your hands dirty scrubbing floors or cleaning ovens, at least when your employees call in sick.
This won’t be the case with a Crane franchise. In fact, you can work from your kitchen table. All you need is a computer and a phone.

I started Crane Business Solutions’ first Franchise Pilot (Sandwich) in May 2015. Although I had a solid background in sales, the products and services were new to me. I had been used to selling a much smaller range of products, and nowhere near the 60,000 products available through Crane. So I was happy that the ongoing training and support was of the highest level and made me feel comfortable and confident when approaching potential customers and leads.
Within days I had my first account and order, which gave me a buzz and the hunger to get the next one, and the next one. My customer base grew and grew on a monthly basis, as did the sales of the entire office, so we moved to a larger office and employed 2 more staff after just 3 months.
The size of the businesses I was targeting also grew as my confidence, product knowledge, and my appetite for more increased. Before I knew it, I was having meetings with national and international organisations. This meant my sales and margins were rising and rising all the time and continue to do so. After just 2 short years I can now boast turnover of £240,000 per annum.
Every day is a new opportunity because of the immense range of products and services available to me. One day, I am supplying business cards and letterhead paper through our print facility to a recruitment agency. The next day, I am supplying furniture to a bank through our office furniture arm. And just today, the country’s largest plumbing group requested a quote on branded clocks (in the shape of bathtubs). The possibilities are truly endless with Crane Business Solutions. In the meantime, our Sandwich pilot office has grown to 7 Sales and 3 Admin staff members. The growth has been so fast because every member of the team can see the benefits and rewards of being a part of something incredible.
