The training you receive is extensive - far more time is spent on training compared to other franchises. The process starts with a two-day trip to Schmidt’s head office in France where you meet the service departments in-person and tour one of the factories. The training program takes seven weeks to complete and covers everything you need to know about your new business. The course cover product and design training and how to fit kitchens and solve interior requirements. You will take a basic 3D design and IT software course to help you understand the visualization process and equip you to make your own designs.
