Propertynest promotes new branch manager

The estate agency franchise promotes a new branch manager who is set to experience a big year

The award-winning estate agency Propertynest, headquartered in Leeds, has promoted Hedley Conway as branch manager. Hedley, who joined Propertynest as an agent in November 2021, will now be responsible for overseeing the whole East Leeds branch including both sales and lettings. 

Hedley takes the reins from Vicki Anthony to ensure a proportion of her time is now free to support new franchisees as the franchise expands across the UK.

Hedley, who is soon to be married to partner of ten years, Amy, explains: “2023 is set to be quite a year!  Our team will be working hard to push the boundaries with the aim of further expansion and success in the local area. Plus, I’m getting married, which I’m nervous and excited about at the same time. I’m really looking forward to what is shaping up to be a fantastic year all round!”

Hedley previously worked for a corporate estate agent in Pontefract for seven years before joining Propertynest. “Now working in an owner-managed business means there is more flexibility to offer a far more personalised service to clients,” he continues.
