Takeaway chain Hotcha has ambitious plans to open over 100 franchised stores within the next five years.

Founded two years ago by entrepreneur James Liang, Hotcha has nine company owned stores in south west England.

DEVELOP
Franchise consultancy Platinum Wave has been appointed to help develop its franchise network.
“Hotcha has a brilliant business model, which it has proven in its existing outlets,” Suzie McCafferty, managing director of Platinum Wave, says.

“They have a very slick centralised food preparation, call centre and operations infrastructure, which means franchisees do not have to have Chinese cooking experience.

“Franchise owners will be taught the company’s unique methods at their dedicated training academy.

MULTI-UNIT
“We are delighted to be working with such an innovative and forward thinking business to now recruit dynamic and business-minded franchisees who are interested in operating multi-unit franchises in key regions throughout the UK and Ireland.”
