The achievement recognises the home care brand’s ongoing support for its teams’ wellbeing
Home care brand Home Instead has announced that it has been ranked number three out of 500 major UK businesses in the Financial Times’ UK’s Best Employers list.
Around 20,000 employees were interviewed from a wide range of companies, and were asked for opinions on various statements relating to their employer. Topics included potential for development, company image, salary and working conditions.
Home Instead was placed third out of major brands spanning banking, IT, retail and healthcare, including the likes of Apple, HSBC, Waitrose and Specsavers.
Speaking about the listing, Home Instead’s Martin Jones, CEO UK and International (pictured above), said: “It’s incredible to be placed so highly amongst other leading brands and a testament to our people, who truly are at the heart of our business.
“Just as we provide person-centred care for our clients, we ensure that our franchise network, care professionals, and teams across the county feel respected, valued and supported. Our commitment to work-life balance, mental wellbeing, and recognition creates an environment where people love what they do.”
