Franchisee confidence hits an all-time high at the award-winning brand
Kitchen Makeovers has once again been awarded 5-star franchisee satisfaction status by independent research specialists WorkBuzz, retaining one of franchising’s most respected benchmarks and remaining the only franchise in its sector to hold the accolade.
The home improvement franchise has also been recognised with the WorkBuzz Continuous Improvement Award, presented to franchisors that have increased franchisee satisfaction scores across three consecutive benchmark surveys. Together, the awards highlight a franchise network that is not only performing at an exceptionally high level but also continuing to improve year after year.
Awarded by WorkBuzz through its annual Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark survey, the 5-star status is assessed on franchisee responses covering leadership, training and support, culture, operations and business confidence. Fewer than 20% of participating franchise brands achieve 5-star status, making the recognition one of the industry’s most respected endorsements. Franchisees feel free to give unfiltered feedback as the results are anonymous, resulting in a true reflection on the satisfaction of the network and a great source of confidence for someone considering a franchise investment.

The latest results show Kitchen Makeovers performing strongly in the areas that matter most to franchisees, with favourable response scores consistently above 85% across key measures:

The wider report adds further weight to the recognition. Kitchen Makeovers achieved an overall 2026 Franchise Satisfaction Score of 94%, up 6% on 2025 and 8% on 2024, confirming steady progress over time rather than a one-off result. Looking ahead, the report also showed clear confidence in the future of the network, with 91% of respondents saying they intended to renew their franchise agreement and 95% expecting their profitability to improve over the next 12 months.
