RE:TREAD will make its debut in London, with classes launching in March 2026
RE:SCULPT, the strength-driven boutique fitness brand, is to open its first London studio – bringing the UK’s first reformer and treadmill hybrid workout, RE:TREAD, to the capital.
Designed for those who want the intensity, results, and endorphins of high-performance training without the wear and tear of traditional HIIT, RE:TREAD combines precision-led reformer strength work with structured treadmill intervals. The result is a high-energy, low-impact workout that delivers cardiovascular conditioning alongside progressive strength gains – without compromising longevity.
RE:SCULPT was founded to challenge the long-standing divide in the fitness industry between workouts that are too gentle to drive change and formats that are too aggressive to sustain. Its programming sits intentionally between the two, delivering intelligent intensity through strength-focused movement, immersive studio environments, and coaching that prioritises both performance and progression.
“RE:SCULPT offers the workouts I couldn’t find anywhere else,” said founder, Becky Barrett. “People want to train hard, feel strong, and leave energised – but they also want to protect their bodies long term. Our reformer workout format gives you the buzz of a high-intensity session with the structure and control of strength-based training.”

Alongside RE:TREAD, the London studio will also offer RE:SCULPT’s signature reformer-only classes – strength-focused and music-driven workouts designed to build muscle, improve conditioning, and support long-term performance through progressive, intelligently layered programming.
Known for its bold branding, bigger beds, atmospheric lighting, and empowering studio culture, RE:SCULPT has built a loyal following among clients seeking workouts that feel purposeful, challenging, and results-led – without falling into the extremes that dominate much of the boutique fitness space.
The London opening marks a significant milestone for the brand as it continues to scale while maintaining a clear point of difference: training that delivers intensity with intention.
The new studio will open in London with classes launching in March. Founding memberships and pre-sale offers will be announced soon.
