The awards highlight the most recommended nurseries in each region of the UK. Monkey Puzzle’s Kettering, Bexleyheath and Welling nurseries have been included in the annual listings for the Midlands and London.

The list is solely based on parent and carer reviews left on the site. Nurseries are rated on the overall standard of facilities, outside space, learning, resources, equipment, ICT, care, activities, staff, food and nutrition, management, cleanliness, safeguarding as well as value for money.

Monkey Puzzle Kettering was established in 2017 by husband and wife team Michelle and Simon Moby. It is the couple’s third nursery after their previous success with Monkey Puzzle Irthlingborough and Monkey Puzzle Bedford. They said: “We are so very honoured to have been so well recommended by our wonderful families and to have won this award for a second year running. We run on the ethos that if children are given love, support, and encouragement, every child will develop and thrive.

“Our setting is a place where children are enabled to learn through inspiring play, where our dedicated and amazing Monkey family strive to create a fun-filled home away from home for the little people in our care.”

Both Monkey Puzzle Bexleyheath and Welling are owned and managed by Parv Choudhury. He commented: “My wife and I are absolutely honoured to have won spots on the Top 20 most recommended day nurseries for our Monkey Puzzle Bexleyheath and Monkey Puzzle Welling branches. Childcare is a hard profession but to have the support of our parents and to know they trust us to look after their children means so much.”

Monkey Puzzle co-founders, Mark and Rebecca Crosby, added: “We are delighted for Michelle, Simon, and Parv. These awards recognise all of the hard work and dedication they have shown since launching their businesses. It is also a testament to everyone involved in the Monkey Puzzle family, from our franchisees to the head office team.

“Monkey Puzzle is going from strength to strength, adding more settings each year. Awards like these bring us back to our core values of delivering high quality, personal childcare. Here’s to many more awards!”
