X-Press franchise network shares latest innovations

The company has invested over £300,000 this year alone in developing new products to meet the demands of the industry

X-Press Legal Services has unveiled its latest innovations and future ambitions at the company’s annual X-Press Academy Roadshow.

The annual gathering, held at the Ettington Park Hotel near Stratford-Upon-Avon, brought together the property search network’s 27 franchisees and its head office team for an insightful day of future planning and discussion.

Presentations were made by owners Lynne, Dave and Christian Lister, alongside members of the management board and franchisees. Hot on the agenda were the company’s latest investments in IT and digital products designed to further streamline the conveyancing process. Plenty of opportunities were also provided for franchisees to ask questions, share regional insights and network with their peers.

“It’s certainly been a busy year for the conveyancing community with the property sector continuing to stay buoyant,” said Dave Lister. “Continuing to lead the field as a property search partner remains our focus and we are constantly innovating to make our conveyancing clients’ lives easier. Digitalisation is delivering huge advantages for our franchise owners and their clients and we believe our commitment to it is a vital network asset that will ensure our future growth.

“The roadshow also provided a fantastic opportunity for everyone to catch up to share their experiences and best practice from around the country. Our strength as a company has always been the personal service we deliver at a local level to our clients and the ongoing support we provide for our franchisees.”

It’s been a busy year for X-Press Legal Services, supporting franchisees and providing more products and services to help them grow their businesses including changes in legislation, stamp duty and compliance. The company has invested over £300,000 this year alone in developing new products to meet the demands of the industry.

The annual roadshow is just one of the ways the X-Press franchise network stays connected. As a close-knit group, franchisees regularly meet up for training, roadshows, CPD and charity events, as well as taking part in online webinars and regular peer group sessions.
