Once your business is nearly ready to open, Arapina will conduct at least three weeks training at its headquarters bakery to ensure that you are fully prepared to run your own business. You will have hands-on experience preparing every product on the menu from scratch, even though in your bakery most products will be delivered ready for final stage preparation and heating in the case of hot food. 

Arapina will also help prepare you for the administrative and accounting side of your business so that you’re ready to hit the ground running.

How much does an Arapina Bakery cost?

The total investment required will be circa £140,000-plus VAT, subject to size and condition of the chosen retail unit. Of this, at least £80,000 would typically be required in available liquid capital with top-up funding, providing the rest of the investment.

Once you are launched you can expect to be cash-flow positive and making a profit in your first year. Multi-unit opportunities are available, subject to status and bespoke negotiation.
