Since opening its first sushi takeaway store in London’s Marylebone district in 2008, You Me Sushi has been delighting London with its innovative take on Japanese cuisine. You Me Sushi is primarily a delivery business also offering collection and limited eat in. Currently, 65 per cent of the brand’s business comes from delivery sales, supported by its very own delivery infrastructure.

What is the minimum investment level required?

Minimum investment is approximately £75,000, with a total investment of around £155,000, depending on store size and location. Applications from multi-site, multi-brand franchise groups and individuals with broad backgrounds including food and hospitality, business management and marketing are welcomed. Delivery only models may be available for areas with low footfall, but strong demographics.
