Theatre school franchise Razzamataz has recruited Ben Towers to support its continued growth in the UK.

Described by The Sunday Times as one of ‘the most influential teenagers on the planet’, 21-year-old Ben started building websites when he was 11 and has since gone on to sell his successful marketing agency.

He’s also been an adviser to governments in the UK and New Zealand and was NatWest’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2014. His latest project is a platform to support better health choices for the digital generation.

Denise Hutton-Gosney, founder and managing director of Razzamataz, says: “Ben has worked with some incredible organisations, but remains true to what he believes in, which is very much aligned to our core ethos as a theatre school business.

“Young people today face unique challenges and we want to ensure the principals of our schools can meet these challenges in the most positive ways. As a business, Ben will teach us about our own growth and how to use digital technology to connect with our customers.”

One of Ben’s first tasks is to show Razzamataz franchisees how to unlock new ways for their work to reach more young people via an online workshop on October 3.

He says: “I’m extremely excited to be working with the Razzamataz franchisees to provide support in their growth to help more young people across the UK to develop their confidence and performance skills.”
