Ten of the homecare brand's offices have made the list
The homecare.co.uk awards highlight the most recommended providers of care in people’s homes. This is the seventh year in a row Caremark offices have been featured due to the high-quality care its franchisees have provided and the subsequent reviews from clients and their families and friends.
Caremark’s Harrow, Hillingdon, Dacorum & St Albans, Plymouth, Weymouth & West Dorset, Chiltern & Three Rivers, Havering, East Hertfordshire & Broxbourne, Redcar & Cleveland and Leeds franchises have made it on homecare.co.uk 2021 respective regional awards lists.
“A huge congratulations to these offices which have been rated in the top 20 in their respective regions due to the high-quality care they provide and the subsequent reviews clients and their families and friends leave referencing the care provided,” said Caremark’s spokesperson.
“My 94-year-old mum lives in a sheltered housing complex and for the last one and half years, Caremark personnel have attended to her needs three times a day. They provide assistance with showering, dressing, food and liquid needs, administration of medication and companionship. I could not manage without the care and compassion of these wonderful people, who go about their duties with warmth and professionalism. I am able to read daily reports. If mum has an appointment, management are always on hand to organise assistance or answer any queries,” said Sue A in a review about her mother’s care that was provided by Caremark Weymouth & West Dorset.
