Storm-proof fencing franchise increases induction programme to three weeks

ColourFence says increasing its franchisee training programme from two to three weeks gives new starters more valuable insights into the business before they meet their first customers.

Designed to cover all aspects of the franchise, from marketing and sales to quoting and overseeing installations, the new course equips a franchisee with everything they need to build a profitable business.

The next course, scheduled for December, still has two places available. If that’s too soon, says Steve Tarbard, ColourFence’s franchise development manager, there are also two places available on the January course as well.

He adds: “I’m excited about the next couple of training courses and I know the new modules we’ve added will be of real value to new franchisees.

“December might be a little tight for some people, but January is also a perfect time to get trained with us ready for the surge of enquiries we get every spring. And what better way to start a new year than with a new business.”

ColourFence has 50 franchisees in the UK. The company, which offers a management franchise, so franchisees don’t fit the fences themselves, has protected territories available nationwide and some resale opportunities in the south.
