The winners of the Negotiator Awards will be announced at a ceremony at Grosvenor House, London on 26 November 2021

Meyers Estate Agents has been shortlisted for The Negotiator Awards 2021 in the categories: Community Champion of the Year and Regional Agency of the Year for the Southwest, while Meyers’ franchisee Brad Hansford has been nominated for New Agency of the Year.

Mark Meyer, CEO of Meyers Estate Agents (pictured) confirms: “To be recognised in not one but three categories for these prestigious national awards described as ‘the UK’s leading awards programme for estate and letting agents and the residential property industry,’ makes us immensely proud!

“Our goal is to lead the transformation of UK estate agency through professionalism and proven global strategies while ensuring that our results are the best in the area and putting our clients and communities at the heart of everything we do. Therefore, across our franchise network, we have raised more than £250K for more than 10 local charities over the past 10 years as well as creating the GAP project in association with the mental health charity Mind’s Dorset branch The GAP Project Ecotherapy ⋆ Dorset Mind Mental Health. We know how important community connections are for people and we are delighted that our contribution to ‘give something back’ has been recognised as a contender for the Community Champion award.

“For the Regional Agency of the Year award, our unique and proven business model has been highlighted. We have no high street location and reduced overheads. Franchisees work from home and savings are redeployed on better digital marketing and ‘going the extra mile’ for customers, to achieve a higher price and faster sale for clients. As a result, 95 per cent of Meyers’ customers come from recommendation.

“We are also extremely excited that one of our new franchisees Brad Hansford, has been named as a potential winner of the New Agency Award. Brad who has also recently been awarded ‘2021 Gold Winner Estate Agent in Shaftesbury’ title, by the British Property Awards, joined Meyers as a self-employed franchisee in September 2019. He now runs the successful agency with his partner Tamsin Bell. In that time the couple have built a thriving agency, always with the focus on putting customers first.”

Brad confirms: “We care about our clients, and we believe it’s our attention to detail and quality service which sets us apart. Awards are a valuable recognition of our team effort and commitment to go the extra mile for our customers and we are thrilled our hard work is recognised in this way.”
