Right At Home twice winners at Northern Digital Awards

Care franchise and partners, CTI Digital, win both 'Best Digital Marketing Campaign' and 'Best SEO Campaign' awards

Right at Home is delighted to have won two awards from three nominations at the 2022 Northern Digital Awards. Working with agency partners, CTI Digital, the home care company won both ‘Best Digital Marketing Campaign’ and ‘Best SEO Campaign’. The two companies have been working together since 2019, providing SEO and marketing expertise for the head office and the 70-plus Right at Home franchisees nationwide.

Heather Wehrle, national people and brand development manager, said: “We are thrilled to have won these awards with CTI as a result of our collaborative working. We have worked tirelessly over the last 18 months to really supercharge our digital marketing and brand visibility across the UK, and these awards are testament to our efforts really paying off!”

Right at Home, which does not collect a marketing levy from its franchisees, has seen its search ranking go from page seven to page one, boosting traffic and increasing conversions on the site by 50 per cent.

James Wilkinson, director of marketing at CTI Digital, said that success was down to: “A balance between increasing visibility for the national site and supporting local sites by delivering SEO training to all franchisees at the national conference. Encouraging the network to optimise their own websites, we have helped the full Right at Home family to feel the impact of our winning achievements!”
