Razzamataz gets five-star rating following anonymous poll of franchisee network

Razzamataz Theatre Schools has been awarded a five-star satisfaction rating for the fourth time.

It received an overall Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark Score of 87 per cent, in addition to being named Best Franchise in the Best Franchise Awards, sponsored by Lloyds Bank.

The Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark, is run by WorkBuzz, a leading independent franchise consultancy that helps franchisors improve network performance.

It works by inviting existing franchisees to participate in an anonymous online survey comprising 31 questions about their franchise ownership experience.

The information is then collated to provide an overall score, while the highest performing franchisors are recognised in the Best Franchise Awards.

Denise Hutton-Gosney, founder and managing director of Razzamataz Theatre Schools, says: “We’re delighted to once again receive the five-star rating from WorkBuzz’s Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark in what has been the most difficult year for the children’s activity sector.

“I would like to say a huge thank you to my head office team and all my amazing franchisees for showing their commitment to the Razzamataz brand and the continued support they showed to all our young customers and their families.

“When I think back to the start of the first lockdown and everything we have achieved since then, I’m so proud of the way we pulled together as one big team in an extremely ethical and responsible way, keeping everyone’s best interests at heart.

“Receiving this positive feedback from our franchisees at the end of this challenging 12 months has been very heart-warming.”

Standout scores achieved by Razzamataz include 100 per cent for products and services (19 per cent higher than the industry average), 94 per cent for marketing support (17 per cent higher than the industry average) and 95 per cent for training and support (23 per cent higher than the industry average).

It was also rated 100 per cent by its franchisees for peer support, 29 per cent higher than the industry average.
