About RE:SCULPT Franchise
RE:SCULPT is described as the UK’s fiercest reformer Pilates-inspired strength workout. At its heart is a unique training method that pairs expertly designed strength-based programming with the innovation of the Maxformer – a larger, more versatile reformer engineered to intensify every movement. This combination creates a workout that goes beyond traditional Pilates, delivering measurable gains in strength, endurance, and muscle definition while reducing the risk of high-impact injury.
Each of RE:SCULPT’s programmes is developed by fitness professionals to ensure balance, progression, and results. Structured around resistance training principles, the sessions challenge every major muscle group, blending precision with intensity for a truly full-body workout. The Maxformer amplifies these movements, offering increased range, resistance, and stability that simply cannot be replicated on standard reformers.
The workout is further enhanced by an immersive studio environment – low lights, DJ-curated playlists, and performance headphones – designed to sharpen focus and elevate energy. Clients leave each session stronger, more sculpted, and motivated to return.
RE:SCULPT stands out by delivering not just a class, but a results-driven system that combines innovative equipment, intelligent programming, and a supportive studio culture. This formula ensures clients experience a training method that is as effective as it is engaging, and unlike anything else in the UK market.

How does the RE:SCULPT franchise model work?
RE:SCULPT stands apart in the boutique fitness sector with a unique and defensible concept. It is built around the Maxformer – a custom-engineered reformer – and proprietary, expert-designed programming. This powerful combination creates a training system that can not only be life-transforming for clients but is also impossible to replicate, providing franchisees with a product that holds a clear competitive advantage.
Franchise partners are further supported through founder-led mentorship and a robust training structure. Every instructor is trained in-house to ensure consistent quality, operational excellence, and the delivery of exceptional client experiences across all studios. With a model built on integrity and tested through lived experience, franchisees gain the confidence of knowing they are backed by a system designed for long-term success.
The RE:SCULPT franchise model also offers an exclusive market opportunity. Territories are strictly limited to one per UK city (outside London), safeguarding growth and protecting investment. Combined with an immersive premium client experience that commands loyalty and premium pricing, RE:SCULPT delivers a rare chance to own a business that is both commercially rewarding and built to endure in the competitive boutique fitness space.

What type of franchisee is RE:SCULPT looking for?
This opportunity is designed for established instructors and studio professionals who are ready to take the next step in their careers, to lead from the front, take ownership of their own space, and introduce the RE:SCULPT experience to a new community with the full backing of the brand’s founder.
RE:SCULPT is seeking dedicated owner-operators: individuals who thrive on being hands-on, client-facing, and fully invested in the growth and success of their studio. Franchisees are encouraged to build meaningful connections with clients, lead with passion, and embody the energy and values that define the RE:SCULPT experience.
For those with the drive, expertise, and ambition to combine fitness leadership with entrepreneurial ownership, RE:SCULPT offers a platform to turn vision into reality and passion into long-term success.

Training and support
Comprehensive guidance and support are provided at every stage, from initial training through to ongoing operational mentorship, but this remains a true ownership opportunity. Each franchisee has the autonomy to grow their business, shape their community presence, and establish themselves as a leader in the boutique fitness market.
Pre-opening support covers every key area, including preparation of a business plan and introductions to finance partners; property support with site selection, lease negotiation, planning and licensing; studio design and fit-out; sourcing and purchasing of equipment and IT; staff recruitment and instructor training; and a 12-week launch marketing campaign that runs alongside the build-out and equipment installation. Full operational training also covers sales, marketing, class scheduling, health and safety, people management, service standards, security, and KPI monitoring.
Post-opening support ensures franchisees continue to feel confident and equipped for success. This includes ongoing coaching for instructors and front-of-house teams, marketing support focused on lead conversion, member onboarding and retention, the provision of monthly class plans and playlists, and continuous business reviews to identify where additional training or strategic input is required.
