Investment and returns

The total initial investment varies from £80k to £130k depending on your business plan. Thanks to CareYourWay’s proven track record, 60% bank funding is available subject to status, so you can get started with a minimum of £32,000 of your own funds. This includes working capital to cover costs during the CQC certification process and then the time to build your new business up to deliver ongoing profits.

Your initial aim, to build a £1.5m turnover care business in your first territory, provides a real gateway to not only establish yourself as a successful franchisee but also open the opportunity to scale into multiple territories thereafter. The financial returns can be very impressive, both ongoing and at sale.

Support for your journey

CareYourWay focuses on what matters most for franchisees at the different stages of their business journey – starting with 18 months of dedicated, specialist training through its unique CareYourWay Academy.

You’ll receive ongoing mentoring and support for:

• launch and ongoing marketing and sales
• business planning and financial management
• recruitment of your RM, carers and management team
• training and support on CareYourWay’s franchisee app, ‘FranchiseBase’
• advice on client funding consultations
• regulatory compliance with CQC/HR/H&S/HMRC
