The Platinum Property Partners franchise provides you with the on-going education, mentoring and support to build a portfolio of specialist buy-to-let HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation), which utilises your existing finances in order to generate a healthy income now and continuing into the future.
With a franchise period of either seven or 10 years, the franchise sees you using your own working capital to invest in single or multiple properties, and unusually, franchisees own the assets, so income continues even after the franchise period is over.

A Platinum Property Partners franchise requires an investment level of £300,000 to £700,000. This investment level varies depending on the location of the property, refurbishment required, and the size of the portfolio you wish to build. These do not all need to be liquid funds, but can come from a range of sources including cash, equity in your home and other investments you hold.
Sometimes franchisees can use pension funds or family assets, along with making joint investments with other interested parties. Platinum Property Partners offers two franchise terms – a commitment of seven years with a £41,450 franchise fee or 10 years with a £32,970 franchise fee.
Along with the initial Platinum Property Partners franchise fee, franchisees pay a £495 + VAT monthly subscription.
