Anthony Johnston explains why he set up his own business with the help of Kenect Recruitment

Anthony Johnston joined Kenect Recruitment as a franchisee in March 2021.

Today he owns the company’s Kent franchise.

Anthony says: “I was relatively new to recruitment, having only been in the industry three years.

“However, I saw an opportunity to use what I had learnt during this time to start my own business.

“It was a big jump for me, but Kenect have supported me every step of the way.

“Having only been operating for a few months, my business is growing well and making a good profit.

“There’s an ongoing requirement within my territory for customers needing additional staffing support and this is proving to be a real benefit as I look to keep growing my revenues.”

Of the decision to become a Kenect franchisee, Anthony says: “It has been the right decision for me, giving a great-work life balance, and I’m looking forward to reaping the rewards in the coming years.”
