Education expert, Andy Jones, will take up the role of publicist at Rev PR

Many businesses have managed to succeed and grow during the unpredictability of Brexit and COVID-19. The award-winning franchise PR and content agency Rev PR is a shining example of how a business can create opportunities in the most difficult and pressing times.

Rev PR’s most recent appointment sees education expert, Andy Jones, take up the role of publicist. Andy, who has spent the past four years in the education sector will bring a unique perspective to the thriving company.

“During my career, I have had the opportunity to present important ideas to large audiences, generate and push forward brand visions, and build relationships that will make a long-lasting impact,” said Andy. “To succeed in a client-facing and service-based environment, you must be a great communicator, a brilliant organiser, and someone who takes real pride in their work, and I’ll be bringing all of this with me for the benefit of our clients and their strategic goals. I love that Rev PR works with some amazing children’s franchises such as Stagecoach and Tutor Doctor, so I can’t wait to use my specialist insight to contribute to these brands.

“I am delighted to be joining such an exciting and vibrant company. The team instantly made me feel welcome and involved. The brilliant work I have seen so far has been really inspiring, and I hope that I can continue to build the culture of excellence at Rev.”

Despite a turbulent two years for many businesses, Andy is not the sole addition the company has made. Thanks to significant growth coupled with impressive client retention, he is one of five new appointments that Rev PR have made in the past 14 months. A testament to this ongoing success, this year, Rev PR has also been recognised with multiple national award nominations. Including the Chartered Institute of PR’s Excellence Awards, The Great British Entrepreneur Awards and the UK Agency Awards.

Lucy Archer, co-founder of Rev PR, said this about the appointment: “Andy is a strategic thinker, with both sector-specific and consumer insight that will be invaluable to our clients. His varied experience brings a lot of powerful qualities that will strengthen the team. We’re delighted to have him.”

Co-founder Sally Anne Butters echoed Lucy’s statement adding: “Andy has already shown that he’s very capable, but he’s also a team player which is incredibly important to us. The next year is going to be very exciting for Rev and our clients.”
