Flip Out aims to double in size in three years

The trampoline park franchise has 22 sites in the UK and four at the build stage, but wants to have 50 up and running by 2022.

Latest figures show the company sold over 2.5 million sessions in 2018 and is aiming for five million in 2019. As a result, the franchise is looking to purchase new sites.

Flip Out says ideal locations for its franchises are shopping centres and retail parks. The space requirement is 15,000-75,000 sq ft and key geographic areas of interest include Dorset, Hertfordshire, Coventry, Sussex and Scotland.

The company works closely with landlords to ensure tenant works are carried out to agreed specifications, delivered on time and with due consideration to health and safety requirements.

Its business model is focused on selling hourly slots primarily to children, although the venues also host themed parties and offer merchandising, food and beverage and arcade gaming.
