Tezlom, the healthcare recruitment franchise, welcomes seven new franchisees to its network. The company continues to place more care workers in vital roles through its accelerated growth and is driven by its mission of positively changing the care industry through opening more opportunities for devoted, expert care staff in locations around the country.
Tezlom attracts entrepreneurs, often with previous experience in the healthcare industry. Marvellous Imadu, new franchisee of Tezlom Stratford & Romford, is no exception. Having worked in various roles since 2009, including being a support worker for another franchise, Marvellous hopes to help other passionate care workers find rewarding roles in a sector in need of devoted leaders.
After seeing the incredible value that Tezlom brings to the care industry, Marvellous knew it was an opportunity that he could not turn down. After just six months of trading, he has 35 staff and is projected to turn over £110,000, proving the concept and financial opportunity that the recruitment franchise offers.
