Caribé™ Restaurant offers authentic Caribbean cuisine, made from recipes that have been in the founder’s, Clinton Walker, family for generations. The story of Caribé™ began 29 years ago in the rustic countryside of Jamaica. Clinton’s passion was always creating flavourful and authentic food.
