Mark is the owner of Heritage Healthcare Trafford, working with son Michael Collier who acts as Service lead. Alongside Care Manager Wendy Gorton, the team provide expert care for communities in the Trafford and Stockport areas.
Mark, previously a Regional Director of a major high street bank, entered the care market following his experience of the standards of care available for his mum. Unhappy with the care she received, Mark decided that with his commitment, compassion and experience he could deliver a better service than was currently available.

The Trafford Team have forged fantastic relationships with their local community. Mark is a Trustee of Trafford based charity Cyril Flint, an established befriending service supporting the elderly and Michael has been involved with fundraising for the local Hospice in Cheadle.
Mark and Michael’s commitment to providing their clients with expert care can be seen in the outstanding testimonials received from both clients and their loved ones. The quality of their service had led them to continuously over achieve on budgets and they are currently delivering more than double their forecasted hours.
