Introducing The Franchise Committed To Franchisees’ Success

Five star status underlines Right at Home’s commitment to franchisees’ success

In the six years since its UK launch, homecare provider Right at Home has joined an elite group of franchises that have been awarded a Five Star Franchise rating for five consecutive years.

Managing Director, Ken Deary, says: “The number of care franchises has increased along with the rapid growth of the UK’s elderly population. But we have always differentiated ourselves through our commitment to quality.

“We believe the best way to achieve sustainable profitability is for Right at Home franchise owners to stand out in their field, delivering the most personalised and caring support to their clients and families.

“As a franchisor, we are fully committed to supporting our owners to achieve their personal ambitions - our aim is to build a network of people who are successful, feel well supported and love what they do, so we take the Benchmark Satisfaction Survey extremely seriously.

“To be one of only four franchises that has achieved Five Star status from its survey results for five consecutive years makes us all extremely proud.”

Honest feedback

The confidential survey, managed independently by research specialist Smith + Henderson, allows franchise owners to give honest feedback to their franchisor, including satisfaction scores and comments on all aspects of the franchise system.

The results are configured into a Franchisee Satisfaction Score, with top performing franchisors receiving a Five Star Franchise accreditation.

As a former British Franchise Association Franchisee of the Year for McDonald’s, Ken is no stranger to success in franchising and a high percentage of Right at Home franchisees quote his drive, vision and experience as a key factor in choosing the franchise.

Ken continues: “This year’s results have clearly demonstrated that Right at Home owners believe the long-term prospects for their businesses are excellent. They see that we understand the key challenges facing their business and that we are dedicated to supporting them to maintain the highest quality of services.”

Impressive track record

Right at Home’s impressive track record in the Benchmark Satisfaction Survey includes two of the highest results in the survey’s history.

Ken adds: “The last 12 months have seen some big developments within Right at Home UK and we’re looking forward to showcasing the innovation and sustainable infrastructure that is helping to cement our reputation as first choice franchise in the quality homecare sector.

“The survey is a very valuable exercise; each year the results filter into an action plan to ensure we fully address all the feedback and identify where we can become even stronger in the support that we offer.”

Highlights of the 2017 franchisee satisfaction survey:

  • 100 per cent of Right at Home owners believe their services are the best in the marketplace.
  • National office support was rated 95 per cent.
  • Leadership was rated 95 per cent.
  • Culture, including the relationship between franchisee and franchisor, was rated at 92 per cent.
