FiltraFry began in the UK in 1996, as a filter management service for the food industry.

Filtafry does not require any prior experience in the kitchen hygiene industry, but do look for “ideal operator” traits in franchisees: you should be self-starting and a quick learner to be able to easily pick up and manage the service systems, but more importantly, have excellent people skills. As building relationships with customers is key in a service-orientated business, being able to communicate well, resolve problems and build trust with customers will be essential qualities in any potential business owner.
All franchisees receive a comprehensive two-week training programme, with one week going through theoretical aspects in the classroom, and a second week on-site, with an established franchise to observe and learn the skills required to carry out all parts of the service.
You will also receive an eight week development plan, as well as support from a mentoring specialist to develop essential business skills in sales and marketing, and continued assistance from a business development manager to help you navigate the start-up phase successfully.
After launching your business, you will also have access to the company’s bespoke CRM system, FryTrack, where you can find online support, in addition to their technical, sales and support helplines.
