The new menu will result in lucrative opportunities for potential franchisees
Kaspa’s Desserts is one of the fastest-growing food outlets in the UK. Since opening less than a decade ago, it has expanded to nearly 100 stores around the country, as well as growing overseas franchise networks in a range of locations, such as Pakistan and the Gulf region.
Kaspa’s Desserts offers a unique family dining experience centred on offering a wide selection of mouth-watering sweet dishes. Its highly-regarded products made their debut in Croydon in 2012 when the first Kaspa’s Desserts store quickly became a huge success.
Consumers of all ages and backgrounds fell in love with the idea of visiting a dedicated dessert parlour, with the menu offering the world’s favourite hot and cold desserts under one roof, including a selection of ice creams, gelatos, waffles, crepes, milkshakes, smoothies and sundaes.
Kaspa’s is confident that its relaxing and retro dining environment will change the way consumers view desserts in the 21st century.
The UK ice cream and desserts sector has experienced explosive growth over the last few years. As a UK market leader, Kaspa’s Desserts is one of the fastest growing dessert-diner chains with an outstanding reputation – in 2019 and 2020 Kaspa’s Desserts was voted the UK’s Favourite Dessert Restaurant by Deliveroo customers.
Establishing strong supply chains has been a focus of Kaspa’s Desserts’ expansion. The business has retained control of its supply chain with its own dedicated distribution hub and legendary Dairy Den, where the secrets of its popular Italian-style gelato production are safely kept.
As such, the brand already has a strong high street presence, with plans on track to have Kaspa’s Desserts stores serving high-quality sweets and more in every major UK town and city within the next two years.
Models to fit
From busy high streets to drive-to locations such as retail parks, Kaspa’s Desserts stores are instantly recognisable and provide a truly unique customer experience. Three designs are available, depending on budget and location: Little Kaspa’s Desserts Express, which have a smaller footprint with up to 20 seats for take-away and delivery channels; Kaspa’s Desserts Classic, which ranges from medium-sized cafés to large flagship restaurants; and Kaspa’s delivery-only kitchens, industrial kitchens with a lower level of investment.
With the exception of the last option, which simply offers a practical serving kitchen solution to optimise deliveries, these designs are fun, enticing, comfortable, colourful and exciting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable customer experience.
Today, Kaspa’s desserts is recognised as a national brand with a growing franchised network of stores across the country and ambitions to continue expanding on a global scale. Kaspa’s Desserts already enjoys key collaborations with 20th Century Fox, Paramount Studios, Sony Pictures, Rakuten, Amazon, Thorpe Park, Reeces and Hershey’s. The next decade promises a bright future for franchisees.
