How does the Concept Claim Solutions franchise model work?

As a franchisee with Concept Claim Solutions, you’ll serve as a claims manager, authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, to oversee building policy holders’ property damage insurance claims.

The full service, from the initial survey to the completion of repairs by Concept Claim Solutions’ approved contractors, is provided at no cost to the policyholder.

You’ll receive continuous support from a centralised call centre and claims handling team, assisting with contractor appointments, assessing claim validity, and negotiating and settling claims on behalf of your clients.

The Insurance Solutions Group manages calls 24/7, seven days a week, and often serves as the first point of contact for customers. They currently handle more than 30,000 calls annually.

Training and support

Concept franchisees receive support in every aspect of their business. The franchise says a commitment to support is a core value for the brand and it believes this sets the Concept apart from the competition.

The franchise training team includes mentor franchisees, qualified surveyors, CII/CILA certified claims handlers, a network manager with a background in franchising and construction, and a head office team all focused on helping you achieve success in your business.

Concept provides an induction course, followed by a Launch Establishment Action Plan (LEAP) development programme to ensure you’re fully prepared to succeed with your franchise from day one.
