Agency Express remains in the UK’s top three suppliers to estate agents for the seventh consecutive year

This year 45,000 customer reviews were recorded and a record number of suppliers entered the award

Agency Express has been recognised for its outstanding customer service to clients by the largest award scheme in the UK residential property industry. The ESTAS Supplier of the Year Awards, sponsored by Kerfuffle, was announced on YouTube by Phil Spencer in the first-ever virtual awards for the property industry.

For 17 years, the ESTAS has determined the best suppliers in the industry based purely on feedback from estate and letting agents, who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received. This year 45,000 customer reviews were recorded and a record number of suppliers entered the award.

Phil Spencer, who has hosted The ESTAS every year since its inception addressed viewers: “There’s never been a more appropriate time to highlight the role suppliers play in the industry. The best suppliers are instrumental in helping agents provide excellent service, they are an extension of that experience so the service they deliver to agents is crucial, it’s therefore only right that the ESTAS puts the spotlight on their efforts.”
