Newly launched Awesome Chips franchise marks success

The company, which launched in January 2023, invites applications from potential franchisees with drive and a background in management and business

The newly launched Awesome Chips franchise is already on track to hit its target and open five new franchised shops in the UK by the end of this year. 

Awesome Chips, which was originally created in 2015, serves-up fresh hand cut chips, complimented with a range of sauces, rubs and spices and nothing else. With successful branches in Leicester, Wood Green in London and the Bullring Shopping Centre in Birmingham, Awesome Chips is now welcoming applications from franchisees to expand the brand across the UK and Europe.

Anthony Round, franchise director at the brand, said: “We have seen double the anticipated enquires from potential franchisees in the first month after the franchise launch, with some great applications. We are very comfortable that we will be able to open five new shops by the end of 2023.”

Roni Dalal, founder of Awesome Chips, puts the secret of the brand’s success down to “a simple idea which we have taken the time to develop and now everyone loves”.
