Radfield franchise network recognised at Homecare.co.uk awards

Company now holds Top 20 status in several regions as well as nationally

For the third year running, Radfield Home Care has won multiple honours in the Homecare.co.uk Top 20 Awards.

As well as achieving the prestigious national Top 20 Home Care Group title for the third consecutive year, six of Radfield Home Care’s local offices also triumphed within numerous regional categories.

Judged based on client feedback, the Radfield Home Care network stood out amongst 14,000 reviews over a two-year period.

With 50 per cent of the Radfield Home Care network’s offices being recognised, the company now holds Top 20 status in London, Yorkshire and Humber, the West Midlands, the North West and East Midlands as well as nationally.

Similar to Tripadvisor for the travel industry, Homecare.co.uk is an online review website for home care services.

It allows clients, their relatives and loved ones to review the care they’re receiving based on the quality of staff, standard of care received, office management team, dignity of services and value for money. Radfield Home Care’s Top 20 offices achieved average review scores of 9.8 out of 10.

One of Radfield Home Care’s Top 20 winners in Stamford, Peterborough & Rutland only began delivering home care services in late 2019.

Franchise partner James Beech puts the business’ success down to its fantastic care professionals.
