Based on positive feedback from its network of more than 200 franchisees, TaxAssist Accountants once again received above average benchmark results for the six key areas of the independent franchise satisfaction survey, which inform the final Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark report.
These include training and support; franchise system; culture and relationships; leadership; value and rewards; and general satisfaction.
The satisfaction benchmark is provided by franchise consultancy WorkBuzz. It works by inviting existing franchisees to participate in an anonymous online survey comprising 31 questions about their franchise ownership experience.
The franchise is then assigned an overall satisfaction benchmark score and the highest performing franchisors are recognised in the Best Franchise Awards.
