TaxAssist Accountants awarded 5-star franchisee satisfaction for ninth consecutive year

Top rating follows wide ranging 2021 network survey

TaxAssist Accountants has been awarded a 5-star franchisee satisfaction rating from independent franchise consultancy WorkBuzz for the ninth year running.

In order to determine the ranking, WorkBuzz invites existing franchisees to participate in an anonymous online survey, which includes 32 questions about their franchise ownership experience. 

The franchise is then assigned an overall franchise satisfaction benchmark score.

The highest performing franchisors are recognised in the annual Best Franchise Awards.

TaxAssist Accountants received above average benchmark results in training and support, franchise system, culture and relationships, leadership, value and rewards and general satisfaction.
