Aspray is in the business of helping people make successful building insurance claims

Working with vetted contractors, the company aims to return the property to its original condition as swiftly as possible

If a home or business has been damaged and the help of a builder, plumber or roofer is needed, Aspray helps individuals achieve a fair settlement from insurers.

Working with vetted contractors, the company aims to return the property to its original condition as swiftly as possible. Aspray franchisees project manage property damage insurance claims from inception to completion in a work from home environment.

Award winning

The company was awarded ‘Best Property Insurance Project Management Firm UK’ at the Construction and Engineering Awards 2016 for the second year running.

Aspray managing director James Whittle, who founded the company in 2005, said the award was recognition of the continued hard work and dedication of the Aspray team.

The company is currently looking for self-motivated, professional individuals with good people skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate a ‘can do’ solution-oriented attitude to join its fast growing network.
Running any business is hard work, but it’s been proven that investing in a franchise gives you a much higher chance of success than starting a business from scratch. Aspray is a full member of the British Franchise Association, giving prospective franchisees peace of mind.

When purchasing a franchise, investors have the opportunity to operate a proven business model. Once a franchise purchase has been completed and prior to induction training, franchisees meet with a senior member of the sales and marketing team to plan a business launch strategy and action plan.

Potential franchisees often worry about how they will build their businesses, but Aspray has this area covered - the sales and marketing team offer ongoing support to new and existing franchisees throughout their time with the company.

All franchisees attend an induction course at Aspray’s head office. In addition, franchisees will register to take the British Damage Management Association Technician (BDMA Tech) qualification, which allows franchisees to gain valuable claims handling knowledge from a technical and practical point of view.

Discovery days

The company’s regular discovery seminar days offer an opportunity for new investors to gain an introduction to the Aspray franchise. These informal events make it clear why Aspray is a leader in its field and provide an insight into the company and how it intends to continue building its successful network.

An interactive seminar consists of short presentations from James and further presentations and open questions from Andrea Loasby, director.

“My goal from the beginning of Aspray was to build a leader in the field of claims handling,” James says.

“While we achieved this goal some time ago, the sights of the company are focused on maintaining this valuable stance. The continuing hard work from the head office and field teams helps ensure Aspray is a name to be proud of - long may this continue.”
