What training and support does Pets 2 Places provide its franchisees?
The initial training is conducted over three days from Pets 2 Places’ headquarters in Milton Keynes.
Over the three days, you will learn all the core skills and techniques to ensure you are able to transport any pet safely with a focus on welfare. You will, in collaboration with Pets 2 Places, fit out your vehicle with everything needed to start your business the day you return.
The initial training is very hands-on and you will accompany a member of the Pets 2 Places team on client bookings and practice what you have learned in a safe environment.
Each day you will cover part of the business side of things in a structured way to ensure you are comfortable with all the systems in use. This will include setting up all your social media accounts, newsletters and CRM and accounting package.
Within two months of completing your training, you will be visited by the Pets 2 Places team to benefit from further training and mentoring in your own territory.
In addition, you will have access to a number of experts in their field to offer additional support in aspects such as finance, social media and recruitment. There is a Facebook group for franchisees to help support each other and ask any questions as well as share their stories with likeminded people.

Currently, Pets 2 Places is actively looking for franchisees in the Manchester area, Leeds, Bournemouth, London, and Birmingham as these are areas with a waiting list of clients.
