ActionCOACH franchisee scoops three top awards

Gary Keating (pictured centre) won the business coaching and growth specialist’s South West Coach of the Year and West UK Growth Coach of the Year at its annual awards dinner.

He was also the first to be awarded Senior Partner status in the south west, which gives Gary the exclusive ActionCOACH rights to support businesses in the Bristol area.

He explains: “I’ve endured and enjoyed a lifetime of good and challenges in business. Sometimes I’ve worked almost 24 hours a day, seven days a week to make a business work.

“I realised how becoming an Action coach could make a difference to Bristol. Sparing entrepreneurs from those kind of hours and helping families generate more rewards from their business has filled me and my team with purpose and desire to do more.”

Gary plans to support as many business owners as possible and aims to grow a team of employee coaches over the next 10 years.
