ActionCOACH rated five-stars for 11th year in row

Franchisees have highly rated the business coaching brand, ActionCoach, for more than a decade, according to industry research

The annual Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark survey, conducted by WorkBuzz found that franchisees had rated four companies with a five star rating for the 11th consecutive year – an unprecedented accolade.

The brands included ActionCOACH, as well as PuddleDucks, Right at Home, and TaxAssist.

The independent industry survey gathers feedback from franchisees within more than 300 franchise brands about issues such as rewards, culture, training and support.

Head of franchising at WorkBuzz, Sharon Weston, said: “It’s huge to be recognised as a five-star franchisor once but 11 years in a row, now that’s a different level of accomplishment, especially with the challenges we’ve all had to overcome in the past few years.

“I’d like to congratulate everyone associated with these brands for their remarkable achievements. It really takes exceptional leadership and hard work to remain this consistently brilliant.”

A majority of 94% of ActionCOACH franchisees say the support of their fellow franchisees is strong with regular communication and best practice being shared.

Alongside this, franchisees say they feel ActionCOACH’s products and services are better than the local competition.
