Belvoir declares Swansea office as its franchise of the year

The husband and wife team were named best of 166 offices

Property franchise group Belvoir welcomed guests from around the UK to its awards ceremony in March this year. On an evening that saw some 31 awards given out to franchisees in the network, there was one award every attendee wanted to win – the Franchise of the Year. There could only be one winner however and the judges were most impressed with the Swansea office. Husband and wife franchisees, Ben and Daisy Davies, have been a part of the network for 12 years, and it was great to see that commitment pay off.

Belvoir CEO, Dorian Gonsalves, said: “I am absolutely thrilled that Ben and Daisy Davies of Belvoir Swansea, Mumbles and Sketty won the Gold Award for Franchise of the Year 2022. Ben and Daisy are incredibly popular with everyone in the network and unsurprisingly received a standing ovation from everyone in attendance when their names were called out as winners of this prestigious award.
