Burger & Sauce named regional winner of Uber Eats Restaurant of the Year 2022

Ten regional winners from 200 independent restaurants in 10 regions across the UK were voted for by customers

Having overcome fierce competition, Burger & Sauce has scooped the prestigious Uber Eats award for the Midlands.
 
Finalists, including Burger & Sauce, will now go on to a judging day in London in early August where a panel of experts will try the food and confirm which restaurant will be the overall winner for 2022.

Saad Masood, founder of Burger & Sauce, said: “Wow, we are so excited to have received the most votes throughout the Midlands region and be named as regional restaurant winner of the Uber Eats awards! When we created Burger & Sauce just over two years ago to offer fresh, tasty burgers at a reasonable price, we had no idea how popular our restaurants would become – and so quickly!”
 
The first Burger & Sauce store opened in Birmingham during the pandemic, and the brand now has four outlets, with up to fifteen more due to open before the end of 2023. 

“We recently also launched as a franchise, welcoming ambitious individuals who are keen to run their own or multiple Burger & Sauce restaurants as we continue to grow,” said Saad.

He has also recognised all the hard work and dedication of staff to build the business. 

Saad added: “We would also like to thank our customers for their continued support, and pledge to keep working towards our goal to become the household name for fresh, tasty, affordable convenience food.”
 
As regional winners of the Uber Eats restaurant of the year award 2022, Burger & Sauce will progress to the grand final held in London in early August. 

The overall winners will ultimately be announced at a special ceremony on 25 August 2022.
