Burger & Sauce opens in Bearwood Road, Birmingham

The franchise continues to expand within Birmingham as it opens a new restaurant

Burger & Sauce has opened a further restaurant in Birmingham on Bearwood Road, creating 15 new jobs.

Franchisee Kamil Munir, who also successfully runs the Burger & Sauce in the Bullring shopping centre in Birmingham, explains: “Burger & Sauce’s fresh, tasty burgers have gone down well! We only use fresh patties - beef, chicken or veg - which simply taste better, plus our home-made signature sauces. The simplicity of our sensational fast-food has become so popular over the past few years, it means we need to open more restaurants to satisfy demand. I’m excited to help deliver our expansion plans with the addition of Bearwood Road. It means more customers in Birmingham can ‘get saucy’ and enjoy our fresh burgers to eat in, take away or get delivered locally.”

Burger & Sauce now has restaurants in ten locations including: The Bull Ring, Castle Vale, Alum Rock, Kings Heath, Walsall, Nottingham, Derby, West Bromwich, Leicester, Sutton Coldfield and now Bearwood Road.

Anthony Round, franchise director of Burger & Sauce, confirms: “As we continue to grow, we are looking for more franchisees to join us on our journey to bring the Burger & Sauce brand to more customers in the Midlands. We are particularly welcoming applications from potential franchises who live within two hours of Birmingham or who live in Bradford or Sheffield. Ideally, franchisees should have a background in the industry and a passion for great food, and in return we offer a full training and support and turnkey opening of stores.”

Kamil also plans to open a further Burger & Sauce in the region within the next year. He adds: “The process of fit-out and opening the Bearwood Road store was really quick. We only secured the site just prior to Christmas and now there’s a real buzz about the new opening!”
