Just Cuts to open second UK salon

The hairdressing company is set to open outlet number two in Wandsworth, south west London in February.

Founded in Sydney, Australia in 1982, Just Cuts wants to win British hearts with its ‘premium cuts at not-so-premium prices’ proposition.

Company founder Denis McFadden says: “I consider London to be the world centre for hair fashion, so bringing the franchise here is a proud moment for the Just Cuts team.

“In the past, we had many British backpackers travel to Australia and New Zealand seeking work in our salons.

“When the time comes for them to depart, they ask: ‘When will Just Cuts be coming to the UK?’

“This is just our way of answering their question.”

Just Cuts plans to establish 450 stores across the UK, with 10 being launched in the next 12 months, using the same successful franchise system that’s been utilised in Australia and New Zealand.
