Largest show of its kind in Europe to take place in London on November 18-19
Christian Yandell, managing director of The International Franchise Show, has acquired controlling shares in The Great British Business Show and The Business Start Up exhibition.
2020 will be the 43rd time they have taken place and both go ahead on November 18-19 at ExCeL, London.
In recent years The Great British Business Show and The Business Start Up exhibitions have regularly attracted 25,000 visitors.
This year’s event, which is free to attend, will have 500 exhibitors and feature 200 speakers and masterclasses, making it the largest show of its kind in Europe.
Christian says: “We’re very excited to have purchased The Great British Business Show.
“Control of the show provides us with a whole host of new opportunities for education and marketing about franchising in the UK.
“Similarly, it provides our franchisees and franchisors with unparalleled access to the knowledge, businesses and equipment that can help drive their franchise to new heights.”
The International Franchise Show takes place at ExCeL on April 9-10.
Last year’s event attracted nearly 10,000 visitors and had over 180 exhibitors.
