Lloyds TSB is introducing a new deal for prospective franchisees by linking up with Nina Moran-Watson, one of the most experienced affiliate lawyers of the British Franchise Association, to provide substantial discounts on the legal fees for franchisee agreement reviews, essential for anyone starting up a new business.
Moran-Watson, who has guided hundreds of fledgling franchisees past potential legal contract pitfalls, will be providing the contract review service to all Lloyds TSB Commercial customers for a fee of £370 (plus VAT).
“We’re launching this new service so we can ensure all our customers can get the expert legal advice they need, at the best possible price, before they make a commitment to invest in a franchise,” says Richard Holden, head of franchising at Lloyds TSB.
“It’s essential that anyone looking to take on a franchise has the contract independently checked and explained to them before they sign on the dotted line. We are delighted to be working with such a well-respected and experienced lawyer as Nina and we know that our customers will be quick to see the benefits of the service she is providing.”
The service also includes a detailed written report explaining the agreement to the client to help them make an informed decision about whether to sign up. For more information call the Lloyds TSB Franchise Unit on 0800 5872379.
The franchise business will contact you by means of email and/ or telephone only to the email address and phone number you have provided.
