Platinum Wave Franchising scales up offering with new appointment

The global franchise consultancy brings hospitality, events and tourism veteran Sarah McLean onboard as a franchise development coach

Sarah McLean (pictured) joins Platinum Wave Franchising as a franchise development coach amid plans to expand the brand’s offering to more businesses across the globe.

Prior to her arrival at Platinum Wave, Sarah had 20 years of experience across hospitality, events and tourism industries. In that time, she has developed a proven track record of creating profitable businesses and delivering innovative customer-focused solutions.

“I am excited for the next step of my career and to join the ever-growing world of franchising,” she said. “The industry is currently worth £18bn to the UK economy and is expected to grow to £20bn by 2024.

“So, there has never been a more exciting time to be involved in franchising and I cannot wait to dive in and help aid brands on their growth journeys into new markets.”

Sarah’s career highlights include overseeing multi-million-pound hotel refurbishments and rebrands as well as devising effective COVID-19 recovery planning.
