Having helped grow some of the sector’s most recognised brands such as Countrywide and EweMove, Paul Sheard will bring over 40 years’ experience to the new role

Award-winning estate agency Propertynest has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of a national training and business development manager.

Paul Sheard, who has over 40 years’ experience and is well-known in the industry, will take up the role to support the development of the sales and lettings franchise opportunity.

He explained: “The Propertynest franchise enables agents to set up their own sales and/or lettings business initially from home. The team has honed processes, created, integrated and deployed the most efficient lead generation and back-office tech and now with the right training and support, we can offer a genuine, tried and tested franchise opportunity. My role will be to support new agents joining to ensure they are in the best possible position to grow their own agency rapidly.”

What impressed Paul about Propertynest was the team’s focus on growing the franchise by sharing the secrets of its success.
