RE/MAX launches ‘Career Nights’

RE/MAX is holding a series of ‘Career Nights’ throughout Wales, Cheshire and Merseyside aimed at encouraging skilled business people looking for a change of direction to consider a career in estate agency.

The evenings are the first step in the company’s ‘Succeed’ career development and training model, an eight-week mentoring initiative made up of a series of real life business situations covering all aspects of estate agency - from developing the business to delivering high-quality customer service.

Says Rob Lock, Regional Director of RE/MAX: “This is a unique opportunity for those people with a real interest in estate agency or for skilled business people wanting a change of career. We take training and development very seriously and this is as useful an initiative for us as it is to potential participants as it gives us the opportunity to assess the candidate’s suitability to a career in estate agency.

“Essentially it’s a win-win situation - the candidate receives a two-month, structured, hands-on training programme that prepares them to hit the ground running and, in turn, we can feel confident that we are recruiting the very best people who are truly dedicated to estate agency and delivering the best in customer service.”

The next Career Night evenings take place on June 29 in Macclesfield and July 12 in Swansea.
