Taylor & Colt is a one-ofa- kind male grooming experience that combines the features of an authentic English barbershop with the modern attributes of a male grooming centre within a spa setting. Designed for men, Taylor and Colt features espresso bars with complimentary newspapers and magazines, together with the use of iPads and monitors to keep customers up to date on business and news whilst enjoying an extensive menu of services.

Taylor & Colt was developed by industry leader Trade Secrets, Canada’s largest professional beauty product and salon chain that has been serving both female and male customers for 27 years. It has plans for more than 100 stores in Canada, and aggressive international franchise plans. “Many men were going to unisex salons where they often felt awkward. Their experience was lacking a high quality, men-only feel,” explains Doug Warren, director of franchising for the GS beauty group. “They were looking for a place where they could go to be pampered and take advantage of quality services which were tailored to gentlemen.”

Taylor & Colt offers a menu of competitively priced services across the entire male grooming sector. The brand’s extensive range of treatments includes full shaves, hair cuts, wash and styles, pedicures, manicures, and hot towel treatments, plus much more. Each barber spa boasts a relaxing ambience created by pairing calming music with a laid back, sleek design. Taylor and Colt caters to the 25 to 70-year-old man, who is willing to pay a little more for an abundantly great grooming experience.

Taylor & Colt is looking for master franchisees in the UK and abroad, interested in investing and taking ownership of large lucrative areas. The head office in Toronto will provide:

• site selection support
• initial master/manager training at head
• initial training of pilot store staff
• store designs and store layouts
• grand opening support and assistance
• on-going head office support with marketing, and site visits
